Digital technology has improved aspects of our daily lives in everything from driving directions to weather updates, sharing photos with family and friends, and general communication. This technology also directly impacts the automation and resulting efficiencies in our business lives, including most recently the sales process of how companies interact with their customers – through emails, video conferencing, and even text messages. Technology is often built as an immediate aid, but sometimes it can become a distraction that distances us from the human interaction still required for successful and lasting sales relationships with your potential customers. How do you make digital technology more personalized in order to sell? This event will feature a panel discussion by variety of industry experts reviewing the complications of connecting with others through modern technology.
