Phuong Dinh is an aficionado of preventive medicine. She loves empowering people and connecting passions, ideas, and resources to advance healthcare.

Phuong specializes in population health performance and manages a value-based, patient-centered program at CU Medicine for primary care and internal medicine UCHealth clinics undergoing practice transformation. She completed an Administrative Fellowship in health system strategy and operations management at Kaiser Permanente of Colorado, collaborating with leadership and teams throughout the organization. Phuong has co-authored papers and presented at national conferences on the topic of chronic disease management and prevention.

Phuong believes in the power of adopting a multi-disciplinary approach to impact change in healthcare. She is Marketing Chair on the Board of the Colorado Health Administration Alumni Association, is the Co-President of GlobalMindED’s Young Professional Advisory Committee, and an Advisory Board member for International Asthma Services. Phuong is an active member of the Society of Physician Entrepreneurs, a global biomedical and healthcare innovation network, and help manage Colorado chapter meetings where leaders across industries discuss advances in healthcare. Her mission is to understand how health systems may be designed to comprehensively address patient challenges, including social determinants of health.

Phuong graduated with a degree in Biochemistry from Regis University and attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Upon receiving an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, Phuong was selected for the program’s highest honor – the Eugenie Sontag Award.

Phuong enjoys exploring God’s creations through traveling and Colorado’s outdoors, spending time with people she loves, and connecting with people.
